If you’re looking for a wedding planner—choose Callie! I was super hesitant to hire one because I thought I could plan everything myself but I was so wrong. So many of my friends referred me to Callie and she truly was the best! My wedding was May 2024 and she made planning so easy. Any questions/concerns I had I knew she was just one text or phone call away. Her communication was great leading all the way up to my wedding day! Till this day we have remained friends because she was so helpful during the whole process! Don’t regret booking her!!

Callie is professional, EXPERIENCED, funny and kind. I am very happy that I chose her. I probably would have not made it to the finish line without her. Wedding planning is high stress but her timelines, suggestions, and conversations with me really helped. She was able to recommend things that I would have NEVER thought of, give input on things that I would have NEVER noticed...I can tell she has been doing this for a while. Not only that, she is personable and takes the time to get to know you. It does not just feel like a transactional relationship. I'd recommend her to anyone and I have no complaints.

I was one of those brides that had everything dialed in and I didn't need a wedding planner, but even though I'm extremely organized and could handle all the planning myself, I couldn't handle everything the day of the wedding, because I was the bride... This is where Callie came in. My first tip to any bride is, if a venue says they provide a Day of Coordinator, they most likely do the bare minimum and won't handle what you need, like making sure everything is set up the day of your wedding. I almost made that mistake. I just so happened to be on Instagram when I came across a reel Callie had made about what she does. Right away I realized I needed to hire a Day of Coordinator ASAP. I set up a meeting with Callie and right away I was impressed. I could tell she knew what she was doing and I loved how organized she was. I'm extremely picking and like things done a certain way and I knew Callie could handle it. If you think nothing will go wrong and you have done everything to avoid things from happening, you're wrong. No wedding is perfect and things happen unexpectedly, like a MUA cancelling on you weeks before your wedding. Yup! That happened... But before I could even have a panic attack, Callie jumped into action and helped me find the BEST MUA a girl could ask for. I get weddings are expensive, but I encourage you to make sure a Day of Coordinator is included in your budget, and I encourage you to hire Callie. She is the best and she was a lifesaver in so many ways when it came to my wedding. Everything turned out so beautifully and it's because of her. I put my trust in her and she delivered. You would be a fool not to hire her.

Callie is amazing!!! I hired her as a partial wedding planner for my wedding August 2023 and she went above and beyond my expectations. Callie was always available to me when I asked her a million questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, even when I was so indecisive and couldn’t figure out what I wanted. She listened to all my wants for the day of the wedding and put together a perfect timeline. I wouldn’t have changed anything about my wedding. The day ran so smoothly without any hiccups. I truly appreciate all that she has done for me!

We hired Callie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding October 2022. I was so happy to know that Callie was ready to get started as soon as we completed the contract; three months out! Her guidance and expertise were much appreciated -- specifically timeline creation and vendor management. When our big day came, it felt totally stress free. We were even more appreciative when Callie jumped in to help keep the bar moving along! We would definitely recommend K. Wedding in Palm Springs
Callie was exceptional from start to finish. We are based in NY and Callie is in California. We met over Zoom, and she was engaged, excited, and made us feel so comfortable from the first meeting. We kind of thought we knew what we wanted to do, and threw a bunch of ideas at her. By the time we met next, she had a carefully considered timeline, agenda and road map for what our celebration could and would look like. She was incredibly responsive to texts and phone calls, and asked us all the right questions to fill in the blanks. While she was unable to attend our wedding in person, we were introduced to her colleague well in advance, and it was a seamless hand off. This was truly the smartest decision we made. Working with Callie and Co allowed us to enjoy our wedding and surrender to the experience. It was just all beyond our wildest expectations.

Wedding in Big Bear Lake
Callie is an absolute rockstar. She made our entire wedding planning process so much easier and more fun. We lost two venues who cancelled on us due to not wanting to get the correct permits and she was exactly who I wanted on my side while we were navigating that. Then the week of our wedding we were dealing with it being threatened by a wild fire and a tropical storm and she kept me so calm and told me I wasn't allowed to worry until she was worried, and she wasn't worried. THEN day of the wedding she got knocked out by pieces of a dance floor falling on her during set up and went to the ER and then she still came back to the venue and tried to help and was texting with our vendors the rest of the night to make sure everything was going smoothly. Hire Callie, she'll make sure you have the best wedding ever, and she'll become your friend along the way.

My husband and I worked with Callie on our wedding day as well as the weeks leading up to it and she was absolutely amazing! We had a slight hiccup with our DJ and she did an amazing job at handling and resolving the situation but also keeping myself calm. Her demeanor allowed myself to focus on getting ready and enjoying the day as opposed to worrying about a diva DJ. I could not recommend her enough, she will understand your vision and help you every step of the way!

Callie is the Mary Poppins of wedding planning. “Practically perfect in every way.” Our wedding could not have gone more perfectly. Everything went off without a hitch! Things were being set up and put away right under our noses and we never noticed a thing. She is a secret assassin. She executes her job with laser focus and a sense of calm. Our wedding just started happening to us effortlessly and we were just along for the ride, enjoying every moment. All her vendor recommendations were amazing and perfectly tailored to our taste.
Humble brag: our wedding was perfect. An incredible experience. And Callie no doubt played a HUGE part in that. Book her for your wedding; you will not regret it. I LOVE HER,she was always helping me with any questions I had. I could text her anytime day or night and she would respond right away, the wedding was perfection and it was all because of her! 10/10 rec!!

Wedding on Palomar Mountain
Callie is the best!!! We got married on Palomar mountain at a retreat center where the closest restaurant or grocery store was 30 min away - AND we hosted a full weekend celebration. We basically had to bring everything in which made the logistics of the whole weekend pretty crazy! But thank goodness we had Callie. She helped guide us through the timeline of everything we needed to do and when, provided a bunch of recommendations of food options, who we should go with for our DJ, florist, rentals, etc and came with us to some of our meetings and gave good advice. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she made sure everyone knew what they had to do and when and on day of, everything was perfect (although I know it must have been organized chaos behind the scenes). My husband and I had a stress free, amazing wedding - one that our guests continue to rave about!
As an added bonus, not only is Callie super good at what she does, but she's real and super fun and will really go to bat for her brides, ensuring we don't get ripped off or taken advantage of!

I highly recommend working with Callie to coordinate your wedding! From our first phone call, I felt so much more confident about the planning process knowing Callie was on our side. Where to even start with Callie??? If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, stop looking and hire Callie IMMEDIATELY. She's amazing, absolutely dedicated to her job, and has become a friend as well .
I got married 10/01/22 and hired Callie all the way back in March of 2021 when I got engaged. I knew I wanted a wedding planner because I didn't want to stress the weeks before my wedding, and I definitely didn't want to stress the day of. Callie absolutely made that happen - I feel like I'm the only bride I know who wasn't stressed AT ALL the week of the wedding.
Callie had amazing vendor recommendations, reviewed all my contracts, and was always there to listen when I just needed to vent. She had excellent ideas for set-up, photos, etc. she completely handled all of my vendors starting about a month and a half before the wedding, including our venue's very strict load-in and load-out policies. Her timeline was great - we actually arrived to the venue early, finished our photos early, and had time to just sit and chill before the ceremony started - ON TIME!
The day was absolutely, 100% perfect. Like people say, minor things will go wrong, or last minute changes will happen, and that happened the day of - but I had no idea. Callie handled everything - I'm pretty sure she's not even human?? She's amazing. I just know our wedding would not have been half as perfect without her. She's super upfront, not afraid to tell it how is, and will have your back hundred percent.
We booked her decor package, which meant she set all our decor up the day of, and we also used some of her decor. Everything was beautiful and she had great suggestions day of for some decor and table set-ups.
Finally, we had an ofrenda for our family members who had passed. We had a specific placement for each photo and items for each person that had special meaning. Callie was amazing and made sure it was exactly how it should be, and she handled this portion with such care . It was a very meaningful part of our wedding.
I can't say enough good things about her - the only thing I'm sad about is that my wedding is over! Seriously, HIRE HER!
