Our “ month of” package is perfect for the couple who is looking for someone to tie up all the loose ends. We begin to dial into the detail 6-8 weeks prior and assist with vendor communication and 8 hours day of logistics.
Begins 6 weeks prior - Includes assistance with:

This review is so long overdue... Callie is absolutely AMAZING! I have no idea what I would've done without her and she's the reason my wedding went off beautifully! Callie did a Zoom meeting to get to know her before we signed any paperwork which I loved because I like to work with people I connect with - and we did!
She is so professional from the beginning with a contract, online payment, and the paperwork she has to make the planning process easier (i.e. guest lists, budgets, vendor information, etc.). She would answer my texts and emails immediately (and I mean immediately, she's fricking awesome) no matter what time it was. She even asked about any family drama we want her to be aware of - and there was a lot - and she remembered and took care of all of it!
I didn't think anything went wrong at all at my wedding, but of course there were hiccups here and there but Callie took care of everything and I didn't have to stress about them.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Callie and I can't wait to hire her (years from now lol) when it comes to planning a baby shower!! So glad she's become a friend along the way. I absolutely highly recommend if you want a wedding planner that's on your side and fights for you!!!
